Domestic Shipping

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies, but usually I dispatch all jewellery within 2 working days, and all hand-sewn items within 3 working days. If you need an item faster, please drop me a message before placing your order and I'll do my best to help!

International Shipping

North America: 10-15 business days

Europe: 4-8 business days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-15 business days

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

Everyone changes their mind from time to time! My returns policy adheres to EU regulations; if you need to return your item, please notify me by email within 14 days receiving it, and then return it in its original condition within 21 days of receipt. Please note that international customers MUST mark all returns with 'RETURNED UNWANTED GOODS - NO TAX TO PAY', otherwise customs fees will be deducted from the refund amount. If you have any questions, just get in touch!

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note that because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders.

Cancellations

I process orders very quickly to make sure you get your items as soon as possible. Cancellations are possible within an hour of purchase. If you need to cancel your order, please email me.
